Architecture of Hypertext Document:
1.Presentation Layer:
•Presentation Layer deals with the presentation of the information.
•This layer determines which data is presented and how it is presented
2.Hypertext Abstract Machine (HAM):
•The Hypertext Abstract Machine is placed between presentation and storage layer.
•It has the least system dependency and hence most suitable for standardization.
3.Storage Layer:
•Storage layer also known as database layer is the lowest layer.
•Handling concurrent access, data integrity, backup and security are all issues associated with the storage layer.
